- Why can't I find my profile?
- You have to play on a server which have the NS2Panel plugin for me to be able to gather your stats. There's no way to manually import your profile like on Observatory.
- Why isn't some data updating?
- Some data will only update in regular intervals. In general, for most stats (except hive skill) the values will be updated at most once weekly. If you want to increase the update frequency, you can help support NS2Panel on Patreon - as a reward, your stats will update more frequently.
- How do I use the search?
- Search by using your Steam ID, or your nickname.
- Why am I not on the Global Stats leader board?
- There are some restrictions in place in order to end up on the leader board. Let's take Marine accuracy as an example. To be eligible for that award you must've played at least 5 hours on the field as a marine, on non seeding rounds.
